This beautiful and tastefully furnished 3 bedroom/2 bathrooms apartment is located on the ground floor within a quiet and relaxing resort with 3 large swimming pool with sinuous shapes, a large Jacuzzi pool, a children’s pool, and a separated but adjacent outdoor area with green areas, shading trees, where you will find kids games, tennis courts, 5 a side football.
The apartment is very spacious, comprising a large living room with a comfortable single sofa bed, flat screen android TV, and dining table and chairs. The kitchen is a fully fitted Franke model, with ceramic cooker, oven, dish washer, fridge and freezer. From the double French door in the living room you access the spacious veranda with a full set of table and chairs in iron trellis with cushions, for perfect al fresco dining or simply relax reading a book away from the hot sunshine.
At the back of the apartment there are a tastefully decorated master bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with wardrobes. The main bedroom contains one super king size bed (suitable for less able people) and wardrobe, while the other bedroom has a single bed with a pull out second single bed and wardrobe. Complete the sleeping area a large bathroom with shower. Please note that the ground floor of the apartment has been recently fully refurbished to accommodate guests with disability. All door frames have been increase to allow wheel chairs passage, the master bedroom has a specially built king size bed with one side automatically reclinable, and the bathroom is wheel chair friendly with walk in shower, adjustable height sink, wc hose and supports. Al this to make it comfortable to all the family.
From the living room there is an iron trellis staircase leading to the basement, with 3 windows opening on an internal corridor, with natural coming through. Here you will find a very large living room, with soft chairs and a comfortable double sofa bed, and another bathroom with shower. The basement also has independent entrance, as well as further storage.
The apartment avails of air conditioning and heating, fitted kitchen with integrated electric cooker & hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, cooking and dining facilities for 8 people and includes all cooking utensils, tableware, crockery and cutlery, and washer \ drier, flat screen TV, outdoor dining furniture.
ABOUT THE RESORT
The Resort is a luxurious, secure family apartment complex, set in 4 acres of landscaped gardens fully planted with trees and flowers, and the area is crisscrossed with paved walkways surrounding the beautiful swimming pools. Vehicles are not allowed within the complex grounds always ensuring safety during your holiday.
It is ideally located within walking distance of the Marina with its beaches, cafes, and restaurants, and from the village itself with more cafes, restaurants, and shops.
We offer beautiful apartments of varied sizes, 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, on the first floor with terrace and on the ground floor with veranda and garden, all spacious and tastefully furnished. All outdoor areas are equipped with dining table and chairs, living rooms with double sofa bed, the kitchen with ceramic cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer; satellite TV, heating and air conditioning, bathroom with shower and washing machine, all included in the price.
The access to the resort is through the main gate with security staff 7 days a week from 8am to 12 am during peak season, and you can park your vehicle in the outdoor free but limited parking area or in your reserved garage (paid for) located underground.
The resort offers 4 main swimming pools evenly distributed on various levels, a children’s swimming pool, and a Jacuzzi pool.
At the back of the apartments there are large green areas with a children’s playground, marquees for shade, 2 tennis courts and 5 a side football pitch, plenty of space for all families.
During the hot summer months, the silence time is respected between 1 pm and 3 pm, thus allowing families to enjoy some quiet time. The swimming pools in 2023 are open from 01/06 to 30/09, from 10 am to 1 pm, and from 3 pm to 8 pm.
