The upstairs leaving has 2 bedroom, 2 baths and spacious living space that opens out to the screened deck. The boat dock has room for 1 boats and can accommodate guest boats . There is a public ramp just feet's away.

The House has received some minor cosmetic damages, and our doc roof has been partially removed from Hurricane Ian. Nothing that will affect your safety or enjoyment. We just want to be upfront and assure you that we are working hard to get these repaired.

Summary: We absolutely loved property. Boat dock , modern Kitchen with all amenities Fenced in yard all great. Tons of bird life. Eagles, Hoot owls ,Osprey tons of waterbirds . Loved the neighborhood. Very friendly and welcoming. Owner extremely accommodating . Would stay again
