Available parking for up to 4 vehicles max. There is one parking spot available in the garage for a small car. Two cars outside the garage and one parking space located at the bottom of the duneside on the right side of the driveway. Oversize vehicles not recommended for upper level parking.

All Upscale Lakeshore vacation rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your booking will include applicable taxes, a cleaning fee along with a safety and damage protection policy. We want to ensure the safety and security of our guests and properties. When you book a vacation home with us, you will be required to sign a rental agreement after booking along with completing a verification process. To complete the verification, you will be contacted via email and/or text message. Please be sure to complete this before your arrival, so we can confirm your reservation. Cancellation Policy: We hope you will not need to cancel your time away, but in the event that you do the following terms will apply. Please note there is a non-refundable credit card processing fee.
-100% refund (MINUS the non-refundable credit card processing fee) if you cancel within 30 days prior to check-in
-50% refund (MINUS the non-refundable credit card processing fee) if you cancel between 7 to 30 days prior to check-in
-No refund if you cancel within 7 days of check-in
