This home is on 2 acres with a wooded back yard & a short trail to a creek. 1 mile from public Lake Sawyer boat launch. Lake allows ski boats, fishing, swimming, etc. Miles of trails at the south end of the lake for hiking, with a park for swimming & picnics. Just a few miles from historic Black Diamond, central access to Mount Rainier, Seattle & other nearby attractions. 3 golf courses 7-15 minutes away.
