If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing escape from the city, look no further than this beautiful waterfront home on Lake Tapps. This spacious and cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home can accommodate up to 6 guests and offers stunning views of the lake.
The home features a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a 70-inch TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed with a jack and jill bathroom (double sinks and tub/shower). And the third bedroom has three bunk beds (2 are twin over twin bunks and 1 is a full over full bunk) that are perfect for kids or friends. The family room has a fireplace and a flat-screen TV with a series S Xbox. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless-steel appliances, cookware, and utensils. It has a toaster, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, blender and rice cooker. The refrigerator has an ice maker. The dining area has a table that seats six as well as a breakfast bar for additional seating. The laundry room has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Please note: The home is one level, but there are steps to enter the home as well as steps to get to the waterfront.
Also, the water toys shown in the photos are seasonal (and the jet ski and boat are not for guest use) so please ask ahead which water toys will be available for use!
Guest access: You are renting the first floor of our vacation home, but there will be no one staying in the home during your stay.
Important: Extra guests, not on the booking, are not allowed. Parties are prohibited. Also, kindly, no smoking or vaping on the property and no candles (only flameless candles are allowed). Also, the home is on septic so please don't flush anything other than toilet paper.
Family Friendly: This home is a great family get away, but it is not child proofed. However, I do offer a pack and play (crib) with changing table, highchair, children's games and toys and child proofing items on request. It is close to a body of water and therefore toddler safety may be a concern.
Liability Waiver:
You understand that swimming and the use of kayaks or paddle boards and other water toys is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved.
You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and the use of use of paddle boards, kayaks and other water toys and hold owner harmless.
You understand that there are potential dangers that swimming, and the use of kayaks and other water toys may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming or using the kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person swims or uses the kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant.
You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur.
You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party.
You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, paddle boarding or using the kayaks and other water toys.
