Welcome to Lake Top Getaway! Our newly listed home that sleeps 9 with 4 bedrooms 2.5 bath with central AC! Walk in to this home through the front door or through the garage which makes for easy unloading all of that luggage for an amazing vacation at Alpine Lake!
When walking in the front door you will find an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen...and just look at that kitchen. This home is the perfect place for the whole family to gather. The living room has plenty of seating so everyone can enjoy a movie together or simply enjoy one another's company. In the kitchen you will find a fully stocked kitchen ready for your best meals to be made. Bought too many groceries? No worries! There is a butler pantry right off the side to store all of your extra goodies.
On the main floor you will find the master suite which has a king size bed and an attached bath with a large tub-the perfect place to rest and let the worries melt away. On the other side of the living room is the perfect kids room featuring a twin and full size bed.
Next up, you guessed it, upstairs! Walk up to the loft area where you will find a comfortable sectional couch to lounge and hang out. No running downstairs for the restroom either because there is a full bath upstairs as well as two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed in it.
Finally outback you will see a lovely screened in porch with a small couch, table and propane grill. Perfect for cooking and enjoying the summer nights without getting attacked by those pesky mosquitoes and bugs. The backyard is a tranquil place that would bring anyone peace and comfort from this busy world. This home has an outdoor gas firepit available May-September and an indoor gas fireplace available from September-May.
***The owners do allow guest access to the garage but ask that no cars are pulled in due to the layout of the garage and driveway. You are welcome to enter and unload all luggage there, including canoes/kayaks, outdoor equipment, etc. This is great for when you are coming in from hiking or biking, you can walk right into the butler pantry to wash up and unload. There is a Ring camera on the property-outside-for the owners use.
While staying at Lake Top Getaway you will have access to the amenities offered at the resort such as the heated indoor pool, fitness center, and restaurant. Want to be outside in nature? Alpine has you covered with hiking and biking trails, a stocked lake for fishing, a beach area, kayaks and canoes, basketball court, 18-hole golf course, mini golf, and more. This home is located minutes away from several state parks, cross country ski trails, and is within close proximity to the Wisp Resort and Canaan Valley area. Enjoy all the activities that this area has to offer including whitewater rafting and downhill skiing. You won't want to miss the waterfalls at Swallow Falls State Park or the beauty of the Cranesville Swamp. The town of Oakland is located within 10 minutes and features several restaurants and a quaint downtown shopping area.

Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and is strictly enforced. A driver’s License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee.
No Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of pets found and renters agree to pay up to a $500.00 fee plus damages if any.
Supplies - please note the property only comes equipped with linens, wash cloths, towels and dishes. All other supplies including dish soap, sponge, shampoo, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper are NOT provided. The guests will need to supply their own during the entire stay.
