It features new hvac, kitchen cabinets, quartz counter top, range, sink, refrigerator, bathroom cabinets, quartz counter top, commode, and a beautiful fully tiled shower.
The living room features a queen size pull out sofa, lazy boy recliner, 50" TV with
free wifi and a ceiling fan.
The large bedroom has a queen size bed and a chaise lounge plus another 50" TV.
The porch has a small table and two chairs from which you can watch a sunset
over beautiful Smith Mountain Lake.
From the entrance/deck you descend to the junior size olympic pool, kiddie
pool,bathhouse and covered community picnic shelter furnished with gas
grills. Another flight of steps takes you to the boat docks.
The condo also comes with a boat trailer storage area and a boat launch area.
There is a coin operated laundry available which is adjacent to the tennis and
basketball court.
The unit is within 7 miles to Westlake for shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Halesford Bridge is about two miles further with its'
marina, shopping an restaurants. Other nearby attractions are Smith
