Summary: This house was perfect in every way. We live a mere 30 minutes from Lake Elizabeth but like to get away now and then and enjoy some lake house living. We celebrated our Son’s high school graduation with a few family members one afternoon and stayed three days total. The house and everything that came with it was perfect! The parking was easy and convenient and room for two or three cars. The kitchen, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, cups, etc were all new, clean and good quality while the appliances were all in the same condition. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of room for sleeping and putting clothes away in closets and drawers. The dining area is also great for looking out on the water if you get any rain. We brought our boat and were allowed to use the dock, which worked out great for lots of boat rides, tubing, skiing and wakeboarding. The lake is small at roughly 350 acres, but there are rarely more than 10 boats out in total at any time so not ever crowded. Lastly, the neighbors were all super friendly and helpful when we had any questions. The neighborhood and lake community is also very quiet and peaceful. This is not a party lake - it’s a private association, so if you’re looking for a loud, ruckus time, I would suggest another lake like Cass Lake a short distance away. Overall, we will absolutely rent here again and had the best experience we have ever had renting. Love this place!
