The entire second floor is the master bedroom and large master bathroom, as well as an office overlooking the lake. The main floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths (one en-suite). All three bathrooms were entirely renovated in the past six months. There is a large family room, formal dining room with seating for ten, and a sunroom for indoor entertaining. A large back deck with seating for ten and a fire table, as well as a platform deck over the water combine for an excellent outdoor entertainment area. Large, level front and back yards (including a fire pit) are perfect for cornhole, croquet, or a fun family game of football. A new hot tub overlooking the lake for cooler nights (perfect for star gazing!) completes the perfect outdoor area.
