Regarding pets, pet fees are $75 + $15/each pet/per night + any applicable taxes. We will charge the card on file. Those fees will be processed by Distinguished Stays. We ask that you only bring well-behaved pets who are house-trained :) You are responsible for picking up after any pet brought to the property, any damage or disturbance caused by pets, and accept all liability for incidents involving pets. Please note this property does not have a fenced yard. Thank you!
Do not disturb the bee hive located in the tree near the front door of the guesthouse. Ask if you have any questions or concerns. Also note, there is not a dishwasher at this property.
Guest limits: This property has a guest limit of 2 standard and 4 maximum. Extra guest fees apply beyond standard occupancy.
Even with our regular pest management services, it's possible you may encounter wildlife and other creatures at this property, including fire ants, scorpions, wasps, and snakes. Enjoy but be careful and stay on our property at your own risk.
*Before booking, see the House Rules including our policies about being a good neighbor. Failure to follow our House Rules will be considered a violation of your rental agreement and may result in immediate eviction from the property without a refund plus you may incur additional fees and costs.
