Discover the natural splendor of the Vermont Lakes region at this beautiful Lake Bomoseen retreat! This four-bedroom home boasts classic charm and comes well-appointed for family group comfort. Enjoy waterfront views and access, with features including a wraparound porch and a huge yard furnished for outdoor entertainment. Year-round recreation and an abundance of great hikes are within easy reach of home. Nearby services, dining, and convenience are all a short drive away. The family-friendly community association provides a nearby basketball court, sandbox, a swing set, a swim platform, and 100 feet of private beach. This home includes an additional 40 feet of private beach, plus chairs and kayaks for guests to use.
The spacious yard features lawn games including cornhole and a wood-burning firepit for lakeside fun into the evening. Lounge on the wraparound porch while taking in sweeping lake views and waterfront breezes and fire up the gas grill for al fresco meals at the outdoor dining table on the screened patio. You can also pack up light meals and snacks to bring down to the picnic table in the yard.
The bright, three-story interior features vintage farmhouse vibes and comes well-appointed for contemporary guest comfort with plenty of space for the whole family. Main and second-floor level living areas each comes furnished with comfortable sofa seating. Enjoy movie nights on the smart TV in the main-floor living room while enjoying the toasty ambiance of the remote-controlled gas fireplace. The updated kitchen features gleaming, all-new counters and a full suite of major appliances (including a dishwasher) equipped for home-cooking. A walk-in pantry area includes a Keurig coffee hutch and a wine cooler, with all the mugs and glasses for everything from morning coffee to afternoon happy hours.
One bedroom and a full bathroom are located on the main floor. Three bedrooms share a full bathroom on the second floor and the third-floor loft is furnished as an additional sleeping space.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog.

Summary: Had a family reunion at this beautiful and roomy place. Plenty of space to have privacy. Large variety of cooking tools were available. Fans and AC in most rooms made it really comfortable to sleep. Fully enjoyed the wrapped around porch and provided games as well as the outside eating area. Truly loved watching the hummingbirds feed by the porch. The clear water and kayaks were such a pleasant entertaining feature. Neighbors are close by but pretty quiet and discreet. Would return.
