Being the 2nd best bass fishing lake in all of Maine, ranked by Bass Masters, prepare to catch large mouth bass all day or watch the passing fisherman during the many fishing tournaments held on the lake. Or have fun at the horse shoe pit, in the canoe and kayak, or on the deck while you BBQ at the grill. Enjoy nature by listening to the loons and watching for the bald eagles and cranes. Launch your boat at the public ramp for Webber Pond and tie up to the private dock or mooring. Enjoy 36 holes of golf at Natanis Golf Course, just a 5 minute drive away. Pick up lobsters and steamers at Augusta Seafood and either cook at home or have them made ready to eat! Situated on a quiet private dirt road, this home has an open first floor plan with beautiful wide pine floors. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and family room with a large and comfortable sectional for everyone to relax on. A half bath with washer and dryer and a reading nook complete the first floor. On the second floor there is a primary bedroom with a king bed and water views, a second bedroom with queen bed, and a third bedroom with twin bunk beds and a full-size bed. The fourth room has a small dresser and twin bunk beds. There is a full bath with tub & shower that completes the second floor.
