Large single-story home on four lake lots with 540' lake frontage sitting on corner with water on two sides of property! Lake Diane is an all-sports lake.
This home comfortably sleeps 18 total and boasts all the lake amenities. TVs in every bedroom and Wi-Fi for streaming. Full size laundry room. Enjoy a full sand volleyball court, pool table, air hockey table, corn hole, fishing, grills, and firewood included. We have two docks for plenty of boating and fishing fun! We also have a Brand new hot tub seats 7 people on back patio new for 2024 !
There is a gas station/convenience store around the corner, with a restaurant and ice cream service. Pontoon boat rental available, inquire separately. Also have 2 newer jet skis cost is $1000.00 per ski per week
