Bordered on creek on 1 side and walking distance to beautiful Bald Eagle Marina with brand new restaurant and boat launch/seasonal docking. Numerous fishing charters right down the street. Plenty of land to store boat and paved driveway. Total north side of house is windows facing the lake. If agile, lake can be accessed over retaining rocks or at marina if you dock a boat. Not recommended for children. All bedrooms with queen beds and large closets. Outdoor deck with grill facing the lake. 8 miles to state park with sandy beaches, Niagara wine trail, Amish stores, Niagara Falls, 2.5 hours to Toronto, 1.5 hours to Finger Lakes and wine country, and 10 miles to Point Breeze deemed the Ultimate Fishing Town by the World Fishing Network in 2013. Screened in porch to enjoy bug-free fun. No pets, no smoking, not recommended for children.
