There is one step up onto the deck to enter the property. There is a master bedroom on the main level, but two steps up to the other bedrooms.
We allow parking for three vehicles. Space is limited for parking.
There are 3 parking spaces available. You can park 2-3 cars or 2 trucks with boat trailers
We DO NOT provide any water toys, floats, kayaks, etc
We have a Ninja drip coffee maker that takes cone filters and a French press. There is also a bean grinder so you can grind your own fresh beans to use with the drip or French press. We provide Nespresso pods and coffee beans. There is also an electric kettle and a milk frother if you want to make espresso drinks.
Water levels start dropping in September. You can look up Smith Lake water levels to see what the levels are for your stay.

Although not year-round, the water under the dock reaches about 15 feet during peak season, perfect for swimming, fishing, or simply basking in the sun. Additionally, a convenient boat dock is available for your use, allowing you to explore the pristine waters at your leisure. Please note that there's no boat launch on the property, but Trident Marina and Smith Lake State Park offer a nearby option for launching your vessel.
