The Lakeshore Terrace Delight is a contemporary lake view condo - You'll have endless blue water views all year long! Incline Village is about 5 minutes away where you can enjoy lakefront restaurants, get your groceries, and more. Skiing/snowboarding at the Diamond Peak Ski Resort or is about 10 minutes away.
The living room is located on the 2nd floor and welcomes you with a flat screen TV, and a balcony with amazing lake views. The balcony is equipped with a gas BBQ grill, great for the warmer days! Since this home is so close to the lake, the breeze will keep you cool during the summer!
The kitchen is great for homemade meals and is equipped with a drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots/pans, and more. Gather around the dining table for 6 and exchange stories over a warm meal!
The 3rd floor holds 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a King bed, Smart TV, a private lake view balcony, and an en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is across the hall and holds a King bed, TV, and private bathroom. The last bedroom is on the 2nd floor and has 2 Twin beds and an en suite bathroom, great for the kids! There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer available on the main floor.
