An elegant 2/2 ground floor, lakefront unit throughout bright and airy. Large rooms (gross area 1540 sq ft=143 m2, living area 1320 sq ft = 123 m2), large (22*10 ft) East facing screened lanai (porch) accessible from the living room and the master bedroom.
The place is huge, not the usual small, crowded vacation rental. Be lulled to sleep by the sound of a huge fountain just outside your window. Lake view from all bedrooms, and the living room. Fully tiled floors in pastel color, walk-in closet, fitted wardrobes, own detached garage.
Unwind with a grill party on the private screened lanai overlooking the Sunnyside Lake. Beautiful Spanish colonial revival architecture, wrought iron details. Welcome to the house called Casa Cordoba!

Please take into consideration that the area is not completely safe for unsupervised small children as neither the lakes nor the pool is guarded and the main gate is open to a traffic road. It is a walled, but not a gated community.
The condo is on the ground floor, easily accessible with a wheelchair (max. 43 inches wide), rollator, walker or baby pushchair. A comfortable shower chair enables a safe shower for the elderly.

Generous lanai directly at the edge of the lake, your heron is fishing just yards from your breakfast table. Recliner sunbeds, and ottoman comforting your tired legs.
The condo is quiet, thanks to the verdant vegetation, the high sound protection wall, and the two fountains, the noise from the busy Clark road (FL72) at the entry gate is not a nuisance. Three fountains are working between 9 AM and 9 PM, drowning all the barely noticeable noises into the relaxing sound of splashing water.
For the very improbable rainy hours, a collection of popular board games is offered. Bring your favorite DVDs, as all 3 flat-screen TVs has their DVD player. We too are offering a few popular DVDs.
There are exotic birds everywhere the whole day. You have your vacation in an open-air bird sanctuary. Be sure you take your binoculars and camera with you.
After a short walk to the corner of Clark and Swift Rd. you will find a shopping complex with Detwiler's, CVS Pharmacy, Dollar General, Merchants Pointe, American Grill, Hardware Store, Sweetbay Liquor Store, Puccini's Restaurant, China Wok Takeout, Sweet Berries just to mention some. Walking in the opposite direction to the corner of Clark and Beneva, there is a huge Publix sided with dozens of other service establishments.

We are pet-friendly in a narrower sense i.e. allowing dogs but not cats (because of cat allergy). Condo regulations allow no more than two dogs, each max 20 lb.
There are no security cameras inside the condo, your privacy is safe, although cameras surveill the premises.
Your friends, and relatives are welcome for a visit, we won't charge extra for that. But if you have the whole church choir as guests, there may be a problem with the seating.
