This ground level apartment (one of two apartments on the property) with165 feet of lake frontage has extraordinary lake and mountain views. It is conveniently located on Governor Wentworth Highway, four minutes from a 7-Eleven, 15 minutes to a Hannafords supermarket in Ossipee, and 10 minutes to historic downtown Wolfeboro with shops, restaurants, and the opportunity to have ice cream from multiple shops while sitting on the shore of Lake Winnipesaukee.. Just steps from the crystal clear waters of Lake Wentworth, this one bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment sleeps four people. The apartment has a fold out sofa in the living room and king size bed & futon in the master suite. It is perfect for a small family, families with small children and couples. The open concept living room includes a full kitchen with granite counters and dishwasher, a half bath, dining table which seats four, sleep sofa, 50 inch TV with cable and glass slider door with a view of the lake.
The bedroom features a king size bed, futon, desk and chair, an attached full bath with tub/shower and a glass sliding door with a view of the lake.
You will have exclusive use of a screened-in porch overlooking the lake with conversational set which seats four as well as a dining table seating four. Just off the screened-in porch is a platform deck with picnic table and propane grill for your exclusive use.
Outside, enjoy multiple gardens on a shared acre of land including a late summer herb garden for farm to table cooking. There is a natural sandy beach with a fireplace for making s'mores and enjoying some of the most remarkable sunsets found in NH. The beach also has a shallow, sandy approach which is perfect for young children. Use of three kayaks, a paddle board and two spaces on one side of a new 64 foot dock for your boat are included. Please note one of the spaces will only accommodate shallower draft watercraft. High chair and Pack-N-Play are available upon request.

We welcome , well behaved, house broken dogs, with responsible owners. We don't allow dogs on furniture. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's allergy.
