For access to the lake, visit Twin Points Park, a beautiful public beach you can see from the patio that is less than a 5 minute drive (check out their website for open season dates and prices). You can have fun swimming, launching your boat, paddle boarding or taking relaxation to the next level with some beach yoga. There are also multiple marinas close by with restaurants and water activity rentals.

The lush, manicured front lawn is the ideal place to enjoy the outdoor games we offer, or to say hello to the beautiful neighborhood peacocks that are our regular visitors. A herd of deer are often in the front yard to say good morning in the quiet still of dawn and goodnight just as dusk is on us…who could ask for more?

Lastly, we must stress that
1) We do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.
2) This property DOES NOT have lake access. Under no circumstances can guests go past the patio railing or down the driveway to the lake. That is private property and is heavily monitored with the owners’ cameras. Any trespassers will be reported to the authorities as the owners deem fit.
Lastly, given that we reside in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood, we are extremely discerning in who we share our home and community with. To protect our neighborhood, we have strictly instilled a strict no invitees policy and maximum 3 cars allowed.
