We call our new lake property Pine Country Lodge (PCL). It is located on a 3.5-acre, partially wooded lot with beautiful, elevated views of over 400 feet of shoreline on Minong Flowage Lake (1,587 acres). There is a very nice, grassy lawn down a gradual slope to the lake. In the summer, we have a dock, swim platform and big lily pad, as well as kayaks, paddle boards and a pontoon and two jet skis for rent.
Pine Country Lodge is over 10,000 square feet as an all-in-one, continuous building with a perfect mix of modern-rustic design!
In total, the property features 16 bedrooms, 10 full baths and 1 half bath. A clubhouse entertainment room, and a cathedral great room bolstering with high end class and character! There are 14 king beds, 1 queen bed and 34 twin beds throughout the property. 9 bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms, including 1 private master suite and 3 private 2-bedrooms suites. About half of the bedrooms have at least 2 additional twin beds (some have as many as 4). While we don't prefer to max out our capacity, PCL can sleep 62 people in over 40 beds! Additionally, because of the amazing views, we installed over 100 large windows. The views from inside are beautiful – especially from its magnificent 3-story great room that not only overlooks the lake below, but also the tree line above! The main lodge is nearly 8,000SF and has 14 bedrooms and 9 baths. First floor is a fully open-concept design with 9-foot ceilings and a spectacular 3-story, 1,150 square foot great room - complete with a beautiful wood burning fireplace, multiple seating areas and a bar near the pool table. It has an oversized, 20-foot-wide kitchen with a 12’ long island and over 25’ of table length. The main floor also has a 2-bedroom master suite that shares a full bath. Second floor has another 2-bedroom master suite with a shared bath, as well as 4 more bedrooms and 2 baths and a small seating area with a TV. The walk-out, lower level at PCL also has another 2-bedroom master suite with a shared bath as well as 3 more bedrooms and 2 baths. The basement also has a generous wet bar and living room area with beautiful views of the lake behind the glistening blue (aqua) pool. Beyond all this, the main Lodge has a bonus level accessible via a spiral staircase from second floor that is cantilevered over the backend of the Great Room. It leads to a 3rd floor suite that has a private bedroom, a bathroom and its very own living room with windows looking out to both the front and rear of the home (and amazing views over the treetops)! Outside the main lodge, at ground level, will be a large outdoor lakeside patio to enjoy the view! The 2,300 square foot Clubhouse wing consists of the Clubhouse Game Room and a secluded 2-story, 2-bedroom apartment that allows for a more separated stay. The second level consists solely of the private master suite and bath, and the main floor has a clubhouse extension/multi-use room and another bathroom. The mudroom connects this building to the main lodge for ease of access during all seasons and weather. The clubhouse itself is 1,500SF of pure entertainment, including a Classy Rustic bar area, 12-seat theatre, arcades and games like shuffleboard and ping pong!

Seaman’s Resort (3 miles from PCL) - Fun nostalgic bar located on the Minong Flowage. Bar is steps from the sandy beach, which is great for swimming with ample outside seating available. Serving daily drink specials, pizza, popcorn, ice cream for the youngsters and pudding shots for those old enough.
