The newly furnished living room features a huge smart TV and large sliding doors opening up to the water front balcony. What a great spot to have your morning coffee watching the dolphins swim by. Your master bedroom as well as the guest bedroom feature smart TV and a comfy King size beds. Both, the en-suite main bathroom as well as the guest bath are completely remodeled with beautiful tile and large walk in showers.
**Please Note: As of November 15th 2023 - The Land’s End Community Association will collect a one-time fee in the amount of $50 per condo upon entry, to include one car if needed. A 2nd car will be an additional fee.**
