The historic living consists of a 120 year old school house (cottage). 100 years old town hall (apartments) on a wonderful living
with a huge park-like garden and adjoining pasture. Old tree stands, large areas of cultivated lawns and lovely beet beds distribute an intense feel-good atmosphere.
In the midst of untouched nature near the Jadebusen, the holiday home 'alte Schule' with a lot of charm and flair accommodates 1-8 guests. The new apartments in the historic town hall are furnished in a modern style, with wooden floorboards.

The house extends over 2 levels with a total of 130 sqm. The large south-facing windows provide plenty of light and provide a contemporary view over pastures, meadows, trees and streams.
