Welcome to the Wyandot Ranch!
Our home is perfect for your large group's trip to Denver. With nearly 3,000 sqft spread across 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 full kitchens, 2 laundry rooms, and a huge yard with all new patio furniture, you'll have plenty of room to spread out.
Enjoy all new furniture and fixtures upstairs, and our newly finished basement "The Ranch" downstairs. Come relax and stay a while :)
*About the property*
On the first floor, enjoy the open layout with plenty of wonderful natural lighting. Images and paintings from the Denver area will help get you excited for your big trip! Out back is the two-level deck which leads down to a huge yard: complete with a large patio furniture set and a large propane grill, so you can enjoy our 300 days of sunshine.
Downstairs in the basement is The Ranch. Meticulous detail has been taken to theme every area in The Ranch to make you feel cozy and at home here in the high West. Each area is uniquely themed: from the Tack Room (bedroom), the Barn (bedroom) complete with closing full-sized barn doors, the Saloon (live-wood edge bar and full kitchen), and the Outhouse (gorgeous bathroom with wood paneling).
We just installed a new central AC system; stay cool in the hot summer months! And with our newly installed tankless water heater, everyone can shower back to back and never run out of hot water.

Guests will have access to the entire house. Spread out and enjoy!

*About the neighborhood*
The Chafee Park neighborhood is truly one of the best locations in Denver. Less than 10 minutes from downtown Denver, the Highlands, LoHi, or RiNo, but still far enough to offer more space and a breath of fresh air.
We definitely recommend you walk 1 block down to Zuni Park and enjoy the fantastic view of the skyline!
Close to everything, thanks to being 3 minutes from both I-25 and I-70. Only 25 minutes from DIA. Want to see the mountains? Hop on I-70, and from there head West! We're 20 minutes from Red Rocks, and only 90 minutes from Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, and several other resorts.

*Parking*
We use the garage for storage, but the driveway can easily park 3-4 cars, depending on how you arrange them. There is also a street parking spot directly alongside our front yard fence next to the mailbox.
Please do not park on any of the street parking locations across from the house. Our neighbors in the catty-corner townhouses only have street parking, and we try to leave the spots directly in front of their houses free. Additionally, the apartments directly across from our house will tow if people park in front of them.
