A range cooker for the perfect family meals. A wine cooler to keep the drinks chilled for the alfresco dinning and a large breakfast bar for casual meal and sociable cooking. There is a double Belfast sink and dishwasher to make clearing up easy. The cupboards and larder hold all the cooking utensils and crockery for a family or group of 10. A utility room makes tidy work for all your laundry needs with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also ironing facilities and a 2nd sink. A down stairs cloak room and coat cupboard lead off the large hall and entrance. The lawned garden is about an acre with fruit trees and shrubs, with enough room for all the family whether they want to relax or get active. There is a badminton court and equipment.
