2 Bedroom Apartment in Viareggio
Very nice apartment for rent, managed by BelcantoVillas, just renovated and finely furnished in a modern building just 1,000 meters from the sea, with private parking slot and green area. The area is very quiet, being the end of the road, and with little traffic, but every service is available a few tens of meters away, since we are in the center of the city.
The 4 guests are accommodated in 2 bedrooms with a double bed (200 cm. * 170cm.) and two single beds (190cm. * 80 cm.)
The large terrace overlooking the mountains allows for pleasant reading and al fresco dinners.
Our opinion: Ideal accommodation for the family or group of friends who want to enjoy the sea (easily accessible by bike or on foot). Also suitable for children and animals. The private parking space is a useful stress-saving!
Camaiore is a city with historical importance and mediaeval charm that has seen its tourist importance grow in recent years. The first human settlements date back to the Etruscan era (V Century B.C.) and subsequently the ancient Romans founded it with the name of "Castra Maiore" (main camp).
It’s one of the most characteristic villages of Tuscany where you can stroll peacefully and enjoy real "gastronomic jewels" for dinner.
The historic centre is crossed by the so-called Via di Mezzo, pedestrianised and paved, along which there are many bars, restaurants and shops. Ideal for children who can run freely without any danger.
For an in-depth visit we recommend: Badia di San Pietro, Palazzo Torri Masoni (seat of the archaeological museum), Collegiata di Maria Assunta, Church and Cloister of San Lazzaro, Teatro dell'Olivo (one of the oldest in Tuscany, oval in shape) , Church of San Michele, Arc de Triomphe.

The apartment measures 80 square meters. and is arranged on one level.
With a lift or comfortable condominium stairs you reach the first floor of the building (just above the mezzanine floor) where an armored door gives us access to the entrance that opens onto a single room: the living room with kitchenette.
The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, pots and pans, moka, coffee pod, juicer, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.
The living room is furnished with smart TV, modern furniture table that can be raised and doubled for eating and two new sofas.
Through a huge 3-door French window, it opens onto a terrace overlooking the greenery and allows you to relax in the fresh air and in privacy.
The sleeping area is divided into a double bedroom with a beautiful window and a large wardrobe, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bridge wardrobe.
A nice bathroom with a window and with a large shower cabin, a large closet.
The whole house can be reached via the wi-fi internet connection, 2 fans are available for guests.
