One story mountaintop bungalow sits on two acres and is perfect for a family vacation, girl's retreat or home base when attending a Lodge or Burritt wedding. With the wonder of nature right outside your back door, you are able to walk or ride a bike to the state park with its beautiful hiking trails and you are still only minutes away from the Medical District, 5 Points and the Space and Rocket Center. If you head west you are only 5 miles from the Robert Trent Jones golf course and Hampton Cove. This fully furnished home has a king bed in the master bedroom with a huge walk in closet (which has a youth bed in it), a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two twins or a king in the library. There are also two foldaway beds, 3 camp cots and a baby bed if needed. The house has two full bathrooms; one with a tub shower, and the other with a walk in shower. There are two steps down (with handicap handrail) from the living room to the bedrooms. There is plenty of closet space, a full sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, cookware, dishes and utensils, a dining table that will seat 10, a well stocked library and a gorgeous fireplace to sit and enjoy yourself for as long as you like. TV, high speed wireless internet, outdoor fire pit grill, screened porch, pool table, and many more amenities are provided. This lovely home is filled with beautiful antiques, oriental carpets and all the extras to make you feel right at home. The hosts live next door and can help with any particular needs you might have. No pets allowed, but we have 2 dogs you can borrow if you need a hug!
