Our 3 storey townhouse is a 5 minute walk to the Ice Stadium and whitewater rafting centre, a 30 minute walk to the centre of the Bay and a 10 minute drive into Cardiff with good public transport links (direct buses into the centre of Cardiff every 30 minutes, which take approx 25 mins).
Having undergone a full renovation to a high specification the house sleeps 9 very comfortably with 3 double rooms (downstairs kingcan be made up as 2 singles if needed) and a triple bunk.
The space
Free Parking for one car on the driveway and a second in the estate visitors' spaces.
Solid wood floors and high quality carpets throughout make this a very stylish space, with a grey theme with tasteful decor, brand new 50" flatscreen TV, superfast wifi and free Netflix. The large lounge area is perfect for families and larger groups and the new fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything you need to be a home from home, with high quality appliances and (very importantly) excellent coffee available for guests!.

The garage is used as a store and is out of limits, but you will have access to the whole house and outside area.
