As you enter the home you will walk into the large kitchen with a center island, this kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Off the kitchen there's a room with a desk and full bath
with a shower. This room has 2 twin beds, great for overflow of guests or If you need a quiet spot that's bright and sunny to do some work.
The dining room is right off the kitchen there's a large dining room table to fit everyone in your party. The living room decorated in a coastal theme is everything you'd want your vacation house to be. It's spacious with lots of windows facing the beautiful water views. Stroll down the hall to a large bedroom with a queen size bed, there's a full bath and separate tub in the bedroom suite. There's a bonus room off the kitchen with 2 twin beds.
Head up the lovely staircase to the upstairs bedrooms all decorated in coastal colors. The first bedroom has a king size bed, water views, and an adjoining bathroom with a shower unit. ! The next bedroom has a queen size bed, it's bright and airy. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, what a great room for the kids! In-between the 2 bedrooms is another full size bathroom with a shower. One more bedroom completes the second floor, this room has a king size bed with wonderful water views.

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
