The premises can be divided up separately and privately or shared as the entire house. Parking
You may park in the driveway or on street (free). We hold no responsibility to any damage to your
vehicle or property. If pulling into the driveway please be careful not to hit any of the heating exhaust
ducts or meters.
Check-in instructions
Check in is anytime after 4pm. Please contact 48 hours before your arrival with an estimated time of
arrival. Entrance to the property is via a 4 digit code. Your door will be located on the side of the house by the driveway.
WIFI and Internet Streaming
There is high speed internet and WIFI. The WIFI password is "7734194257"; and it it also located on
bottom of router.
There is also Direct TV Stream for television watching. Please do not logout of this service.

Checkout is at 11am. However, a late checkout of 1pm may be available upon request if there is not
back to back bookings. You must request late checkout prior to date of checkout.
Pets are not allowed on the premises. If an unauthorized pet is discovered on Premises, Guest may be asked
to leave without refund as Guest will be in breach of this Agreement.
THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. Smoking allowed outside of home ONLY. If smoking does occur
on the Premises, (i) Guest is responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to,
stains, burns, odors and removal of debris; (ii) Guests may be required to immediately leave the Premises, or
be removed from the Premises; (iii) Guest is in breach of this Agreement.
Management and Management's representatives and agents have the right to enter the Premises, upon
reasonable notice of at least 24 hours, to show the Premises to prospective or actual purchasers, tenants,
mortgagees, lenders, appraisers or contractors.
FURNANCE / AIR CONDITIONING:
 Please turn thermostat to 55 degrees upon checking out of house during winter.
 Please be sure all windows are closed and locked upon leaving the house.
 If using central air conditioning, please close all windows and doors.
 Please close and lock all windows and turn air conditioning off upon check out.
(There are no refunds for lack of, or malfunctioning HVAC units when temperature is above 59 ₒ .

1. Third floor stairs are steep so please ensure care when walking down or up and utilize the handrail.
2. While the neighborhood is safe please make sure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the premises.

Guests may have full access to three floors of private living area if that is the way you rented it! The Dayton Street Historic District is located in the Old West End neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio, United States. It was once known as "Millionaires' Row" for the prominent industrialists who resided in a row of opulent mansions built between 1850 and 1890.[2] It is bounded by Bank Street, Poplar Street, Linn Street, and Winchell Avenue. The district was designated and listed on the National Register of Historic Places on January 25, 1973.
Due to its location well north of Cincinnati when the city was founded, the district occupies land that was originally used by small farmers, both for crop fields and for livestock pasture; some of the massive stockyards in the city once known as "Porkopolis" were located nearby, although even farther from the original city. As the city grew, wealthy residents built country houses within the district's boundaries, beginning c. 1840 and continuing until the Civil War era. Significant development began c. 1860 and continued for the next two decades. Typical buildings erected during this time are multi-story Italianate residences constructed of brick or stone, similar to townhouses but detached. At the neighborhood's height, the residents were wealthy businessmen, most of whom were active in the city's meatpacking and brewing industries, and many of these men were careful to beautify their homes with elements such as stone retaining walls and fences of cast iron; while much of the stonework and ironwork has been lost, large amounts of both remain.[3] The entire historic district embraces approximately four hundred contributing properties, almost all single-family houses, although there are occasional exceptions; the former Police Station No. 5 on York Street was included.[1] The Hauck House Museum is located at 812 Dayton Street and the Mayor George Hatch House is located at 830 Dayton Street.
Today there are plenty of things to do in the neighborhood. We have the new Cincinnati TQL Soccer Stadium in the neighborhood as well as the historic Cincinnati Museum Center which is housed in the Old Union Terminal Building. there is also the famous Findley market where you can go to get fresh meats and vegetables. There are plenty of fine eateries and breweries in the area also.
