Summary: The property is good, but the staff is bad. I went during February half term holiday with the kids as prices are more affordable. Unfortunately most of the Restaurants around were closed being off season. The distance from the sea is 1 min by walk so it is perfect. The studio was nice, but would have preferred a proper double bed instead of the sofa bed as it was a bit uncomfortable. The lady at the Reception was terrible. Here on the app it says that check in time is from 2pm, we arrived at the property at 1.30pm and there was nobody and the door to the Reception was closed. We rang the bell few times and nobody answered. There was a notice board saying that the Reception is closed from 2pm to 3pm and to ring the bell if needed. Still at 1.30 there was nobody. We tried again at 2.30pm and a lady answered the intercom saying in a rude english that the Reception will open at 3pm and hang up. We had to wait with two kids under 9 at a nearby park. At 3pm we went and the lady was not very welcoming, almost looked tired or not happy to be there. She gave us the keys after explaining in rush the where was our entrance. In the room we found just two pairs of cushions and one single duvet and two single lightweight blanket. I did not want to go and ask for more duvet as she seemed so disturbed. Check out is from 11am but again nobody was there so we left the keys in the letter box.
