Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Spacious canyon Oasis is in a quiet cul de sac with access to highway 10, plenty of shopping, the sunland mall and racetrack. this rental is 22 minutes from the El Paso Airport and Ft. Bliss. This rental is also great for entertaining with its open 1st floor, back yard space and grill!
The bottom floor is opened from the living room, to kitchen, to dining room with plenty of space! the 2nd floor leads to the main bedroom with a Kingsize bed and its own bathroom and jacuzzi tub, followed by two smaller rooms with queensize bed and a bathroom with shower in the hall. the upstairs also has two balconies.
Minus one small supply closet, guests have full access to the entire house!

We want you to enjoy your stay and leave the cleaning to my team. we do ask that you keep the property in a generally clean state free of spills, clutter and anything that could be a potential hazard. please place dishes in the sink after use. We do provide a dishwasher to wash dishes if you have used them all and need clean dishes. We have also provided a laundry room for your clothes and to wash the shower towels if you they become dirty and you need clean towels.
2. Please familiarize yourselves with the fire extinguisher. Please do not leave the gas stove, oven, fireplace or any candles unattended while in use.
3. We ask that you step outside and away from the house if you smoke to prevent fires, burn marks and smoke from entering the house.
4. Please, no loud parties. This is a quiet neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise and music to reasonable levels. Quiet hours start at 10pm.
