Relax in a stunningly beautiful villa which offers all the comforts one could wish for. Wide open great room with comfy sitting area and 60” flat screen TV and DVD, contemporary dining area with solid wood table, island kitchen with granite counter tops, wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Just steps away there is an aquarium window with corner bench, ideal to enjoy your morning cup of coffee! 8 ft. glass sliders opening up to the pavered poolarea with large covered lanai, outdoor dining with 6 chairs, 4 lounge chairs for you to work on your suntan, outdoor shower and the rectangular pool complete with electric heater for cooler days.
The Mastersuite comes with a King bed, 2 nightstands, dresser and a 50” TV and direct pool access. The spectacular ensuite bathrooms features his and hers granite vanity, wood cabinets, separate toilet and a full walk around shower with dual shower heads. Two nice size guest bedrooms; one with a King and direct pool access the other with a Queen bed, both with a 40” TV, sharing a bathroom with full glass shower door and granite vanity with wood cabinets.

Summary: We loved the house and location. We visit the area every year but this was our first time renting. The home had everything we needed and wanted. The layout was perfect. Pool area was fantastic. Furniture in living room was slightly uncomfortable. The house was a little warmer than we would have liked but it was extremely hot during our visit. We had a great time and hopefully it will be available when we plan to vacation next year.
