Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The building itself is very old yet the apartment is bright and modern. The A/C is central and is very effective. There are plenty of extra blankets and pillows which is a big plus. The showers have strong water pressure. Check in and departure are easy processes. Alexia, the owner, is communicative and very friendly.
Negative: I read about the building having no elevators. The stairs are spiral and concrete and it is 4 flights up and there’s more stairs once you open the apartment door. It was fine for us to walk except when we arrived and departed having to deal with luggage. I would rent again because it’s evident that Alexia puts much thought into providing a comfortable stay. I would not recommend it to those with any physical limitations.
Summary: The owner is awesome. The unit is extremely clean and modern. Take note there’s no elevator and the stairs are concrete
