★ This four-season chalet located directly bordered by the magnificent and peaceful Lac Vingt-Sous is ideal for a relaxing and recreational getaway with family or friends.
★ The intimate land bordered by the lake on two sides, will allow you to enjoy fishing, swimming and exploring the lake by canoe or pedal boat. Only a few minutes from the beautiful village of St-Adolphe-d'Howard with many outdoor activities, near the ski slopes and about fifteen minutes from St-Sauveur.

You will have exclusive access to the lodging as well as to the entire property!
Other things to note :
Chalet with large windows offering a breathtaking view of the lake, open concept, with three closed bedrooms (two double beds and one Queen bed). Land directly overlooking the lake on two sides. Quiet and intimate outdoor spaces, completely isolated from neighbors thanks to the dense forestation. Only an hour from Montreal. Do not hesitate to contact us if necessary!
Important points to note:
• Rules for Dog Friendly:
CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. We accept a maximum of 1 dog under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who disrespect our property, thank you for your understanding.
๏ Additional costs: $ 100 per stay per dog
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on furniture and access bedrooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must not cause noise nuisance for the neighbors.
๏ Guests must pick up dog droppings at all times and keep the yard clean.

Note that the wifi is not very powerful, so you will not be able to "stream", the connection is not reliable enough. The wifi is present for your emails and messages.
* CELLULAR NETWORK *
Note that the cellular network is rather weak. You may have difficulty receiving or making calls.
*TV*
We have a TV in the chalet but do not offer cable channels. There is an HDMI cable at your disposal so that you can hook up your PC / Mac to the TV, and there is also a DVD player.
* FIREPLACE / LOGS *
There is an outdoor fireplace at your disposal. However, you must bring your wood. You can buy them near the chalet, I will send you the addresses before your stay.
The fire pit is not accessible from November until April.
In winter: If you want to use the outdoor fireplace It is your responsibility to clear the access.
