Summary: We had a great overall experience during our stay. We were given the opportunity to upgrade to a beautiful pool villa, which was absolutely lovely and made our holiday feel extra special. Unfortunately, the villa wasn’t available for the entire stay, so for the last three nights we had to move to a different room. This part was a bit less enjoyable, as the new room had a strong smell of mold and felt quite damp. However, the staff did everything they could to help resolve the issue and kindly offered us alternative room options. Their dedication and service were truly outstanding throughout our stay. Despite the inconvenience, we left with a very positive impression – thanks to the excellent service and the wonderful days we spent in the pool villa.
