Le logement comprend une cuisine équipée, une pièce à vivre avec table et coin salon, une chambre avec lit double, et une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, vasque et WC. Une place de parking souterrain est incluse. Restaurants et commerces à proximité. À 5 min de la Tour CMA CGM, 15 min à pied des Terrasses du Port, 10 min de la salle de spectacle Le Silo, et 2 min à pied de la gare SNCF Arenc Euroméditerranée pour découvrir la Côte Bleue.
