Summary: The townhome is modern and new. Very clean. All rooms are great with plenty of bathrooms. Very cool architecturally! But the townhome was on a very loud busy street. The windows are thin so you can hear the traffic and sirens and garbage trucks, especially from the primary bedroom It’s definitely a short term rental type complex with lots of people coming and going - overflowing garbage cans outside and beer cans on the ground. The bedding was cheap. The sheets were thin polyester with no mattress pads or pillow protectors, so it felt like an austere dorm room. Pillows were tiny, low quality. TVs only had YouTube TV. And the most frustrating part is the property management company doesn’t give the garage code to renters, so you need to pull up in the back alley, illegally park and block other traffic, then get out of your car to run around to the front of the complex to let yourself into the front door and then run downstairs to open the garage from the inside. Same drill for departure. It made the garage almost unusable. A few of these items are easily fixable (garage access and bad bedding) so I hope those necessary upgrades happen for the future.
