house on an acre of land with lots of amenities to make your vacation very enjoyable and one you'll never forget.

* Xtra-large 12x60 ft concrete deck with a very beautiful view that includes 6 person jacuzzi hot tub , a gas firepit, Gas Bbq grille,Masterbuilt Elite Electric smoker patio dining table w/ furniture with plenty of chairs
*** Inside the house youll have access to 4 Large bedrooms (3 upstairs - 1 downatairs)with 3 large full bathroom with the master bath privately attached to master bedroom with 2 separate sinks, walk in shower and extra-large jetted jacuzzi tub. Upstairs also has a spacious living room with gas fireplace, dining room furnished with elegant Amish cherry wood table and chairs that seats 6 comfortably. Attached to it is the kitchen area with every appliance that also has a table w/ chairs that seat 4 and an island that sits 2 made up of custom stained concrete to match the countertops. Downstairs includes the largest bedroom in the house with a very large unattached full bathroom.
***The downatairs is very open and very large with 3 sofa and 1chair that will seat up to 15-18 for getting together or watching your favorite movie on the 80 inch Sony television with sorround sound to give you a somewhat close to theater experience. also In that large family room is another Foosball table, pool table, sports bar with seating- slot machines, vintage beer signs, neon lights and walls covered with memorabilia of the legends from the past and current such as Peyton Manning, Larry Bird, Mike Tyson, Flloyd Mayweather to name a few and autographed Helmets baseballs footballs signed by Ray Lewis, Peyton Manning, Nolen Arenado to name a few with another door that leads to the lower level outside area to get a breath of fresh air or enjoy the peaceful outdoors. Also Included is office where youll have access to computers 2 computers, fax/scanner/ copy machine everything and more to conduct any business that you wish or need to get done. This location is filled with more things to do than any other place in the area. If you are looking to relax or entertain a small group, your family or your friends this is a place youll be glad you stayed making you to want to come back and it will be a memorable experience that everyone who is along will remember for a lifetime. Everything needed youll have here and much much more. There is a grocery store/Steakhouse/liquor store etc all within 5 minutes from the driveway so all you need to do is bring your bag
***This property is normally set up for sleeping 10-12 people but has capability of sleeping 16+ guests depending how many children / adults are in the group. There is an area that is normally blocked off but upon request and approval, can sleep in addition 4+ adults or 8+ children. There will be $50/person per night added to the posted rate which is set for up to no more then 12 guests so if you are planning on having more then 12 in your group please contact me So we can discuss exactly how many more adults/children so the area can be set up and ready to go accordingly. It is attached to the main structure and easily turned into living quarters upon request and approval otherwise no more then 12 guests may stay at this property.
