Step back in time with this classic double-fronted Victorian residence in an enviable location at the gateway to the centre of Drysdale. It is tucked away behind a high fence so you feel like you have escaped the hustle and bustle and can finally relax.
The property has been beautifully styled to match the Victorian era and it is encased by a wrap around verandah and lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy.
The perfect retreat for a couple or up to 4 adults, it really is a home away from home!
A traditional Victorian facade with full return veranda welcomes you to the home, whilst a wide entry hall creates the feeling of space seldom offered in modern living.
Two generous bedrooms include feature timber lined walls, high decorative skirts, polished Baltic floorboards, queen size beds & one with built in robes.
The central bathroom is tiled and boasts a gorgeous free standing claw bath, separate shower, double basins & toilet.
A generous formal lounge & dining with wood burning fireplace, dining table with 6 chairs, couches & TV make it the perfect place to entertain or relax all year round.
The kitchen is stylish and well appointed and has a Smeg 5 burner gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge & a butlers pantry so there is lots of room to move.
Climate is controlled year round with ducted heating and cooling.
A separate laundry with a combined washing machine/dryer and a 2nd toilet complete the internal attributes of the home.
A partly covered area is set amongst the established fruit trees and abundance of garden beds creating the ultimate outdoor lifestyle. The outdoor area comprises a new gas BBQ & bar fridge (the old wood stove is decorative only and not to be used).
The property also has a firepit (please be mindful of fire danger periods) and a lock up garage with manual roller doors, however there is plenty of parking on the street.
Superbly positioned to enjoy the best of what the Bellarine Peninsula has to offer with local shops & restaurants so close by, Lake Lorne offers walking/cycling tracks with stunning birdlife and native trees. The reserves across the road have family BBQ areas and children's playground, whilst the famous Q Train/Blues Train boards less than 100m from your doorstep.
You will have full access to the entire property except for the outdoor guest house, built in robe in one bedroom, top cupboards in one bedroom & cupboard in the kitchen, these areas are locked off for the cleaners supplies.
Although we won't be available in person we are available to assist at anytime throughout your stay via the booking platform.

Please note: There is a security camera installed outside at the front & rear of the property for guest & owner security.
As an extra security measure for the property we do require the below information to be sent through prior to finalising your booking:
- The reason for your visit
- The names and ages of all of the guests
- The photo ID of the main booking holder
The reason we ask for the above information is unfortunately due to some recent poor experiences with guests, please note if this information is not provided we will be unable to proceed with your booking and the access will not be granted on the day of check in.
We do not accept 'schoolies' groups at this property and the minimum age for check in is 25 years.
This property has a very strict no party policy and we require guests to be respectful and mindful of the neighbours.
There is no smoking allowed in the house, if you do smoke you will be charged an extra $500 towards cleaning.
If you use the BBQ please ensure it is cleaned for the next guest, if extra cleaning is required a $50 fee will be charged.
Please note: We don't allow check ins or check outs on public holidays due to cleaners availability, if you try and choose this option it will say host unavailable on the calendar.
