Summary:
Back on the rental market as of 5/1/23! This spacious 3 Bed/2Bath ranch has approximately 2000 square feet of living space with an open floor plan. It has three bedrooms, all with queen beds (1 bedroom has two queens), 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) and sits on the West shore of Skaneateles Lake. It is just a short 10 minute drive to downtown Skaneateles, where you can enjoy several restaurants & shops. It is located .3 miles away from Skaneateles Marina & 2.5 miles from Anyela's Vineyards. The sunrises from the spacious deck are absolutely breathtaking! There is a dock and a mooring buoy so bring or rent a boat from our local marinas.
This is one-floor living and is semi-handicapped accessible. (please inquire for further details).
The Kitchen has a granite countertops, a large island with seating for 6 and is open to the dining and living room, (hardwood floors), so you can enjoy everyone in one space while prepping/cooking a meal.
**Primary guest will need to be 30 years of age or older, required to sign the owners personal rental agreement (emailed separately after booking is accepted) & provide valid proof of I.D.
**Owner strictly prohibits any gatherings including but not limited to birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, bridal, baby, receptions, brunches, etc.
**Guests will be responsible for damages or other additional expenses up to $500.00 (Credit card is not charged unless damage, etc is found)
