The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique home nestled in a quiet bay of second basin of Lake James. This location allows you to enjoy sunrises & sunsets! You have access to 3 all sports lakes to waterski, tube, jetski, and 2 fishing lakes. Close to 4 Corners, by boat or car, enjoy the state park near by, downtown boutique shopping, and plenty of restaurants and entertainment. This home has plenty of entertaining deck space overlooking all of second basin! When you walk in through the front door you are greeted with the main kitchen and have an immediate view of the water. The main floor also features an on suite with private walk in shower. There is also a half bath next to the laundry. Their is access to the deck from the on- suite as well as the dining space. The lower level has two additional bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath and walk in shower. The family room is on this level with plenty of space! There is a gas fireplace and TV, a wet bar area and barstools, a high-top table overlooking the water for playing cards. There is access to this deck from this level as well.
