This newly built sunny home is just a 5 minute drive to Sag Harbor village. About a 10 min drive to bay and ocean beaches. House has a light airy feel and features an open layout with kitchen, dining and living room. Sliders open up to a bluestone patio in the rear of the property featuring a Bull BBQ grill, teak dining table and seating area. The perfect space to enjoy a post beach BBQ. Once you are done with your BBQ, you can head over the firepit area and enjoy a glass of wine and s'mores by the fire as the sun sets behind you.

Other spaces in the home include a cozy tv room with blackout shades, office for that last minute zoom meeting, and 4 bedrooms.
The primary bedroom has a king size bed and overlooks the woods and features a gorgeous spa like bathroom including soaking tub.
Guest bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and own bathroom.
Guest bedroom 2 has two twin beds and jack and jill bathroom.
Guest bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a great view of the woods and shares a bathroom with guest bedroom 2.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with Thermador gas range and state of the art appliances, pantry with coffee/tea station, high speed wifi, double washer and dryer, spacious yard, Central A/C, sonos speakers and automated landscape lighting. The bedrooms all have blackout roller shades. There is a 58" LED TV in the master bedroom and 65" LED in the tv room.
Please note there is a cottage on the property that is rented for the 2025 season. Cottage shares driveway entry but has its own parking area and is fenced off.
