In less than a quarter-mile, you can be in Bonaventure Cemetery - strolling along the Wilmington River among moss-draped oaks and hauntingly beautiful architecture.
This townhouse is perfectly placed for history lovers, art and architecture enthusiasts, and beach-goers alike. Head three miles west to the Savannah Historic District to take in the city's charming squares, shops, restaurants, and museums. Or, enjoy the easy outlet to Tybee Island (16 miles east) for a day at the beach.
The house has an easy, modern polish about it, from the spacious floor plan to the central air and complimentary WiFi throughout. Bring your coffee outside to the back deck each morning and get started on breakfast in the lovely kitchen with stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops, and an eat-in dining table. In the evenings, barbecue on the gas grill, leave the day's clothes in the care of the washer/dryer, and settle in for a movie night on the living room's smart TV.
