A beautiful and luxurious semi-detached villa in the quaint village of Gharb, set on three floors. With stunning views of Ta’ Pinu National Shrine and the Gordan Lighthouse and 180° of beautiful country views, Lighthouse makes the perfect family holiday or fun getaway amongst friends.
Lighthouse has four large and one smaller double bedroom, modernly decorated. Each room has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and a full length mirror. The house also has five bathrooms, four of which are upstairs with bedrooms, each with shower facilities.
Upon entering this house, one finds an entrance hall consisting of a desk with a coat hanging area. Walking through one notices the large combined dining and living space. A lovely dining table leads you to the fully equipped modern kitchen, which also includes another sitting area, making this space great for larger groups. The adjacent living room has plenty of sitting room. Furnished with a television, Wi-Fi and a wood burning fireplace, for the cold winter nights. All overlooking the pool area and the views. On this level one can also find a modern bathroom fitted with a bathtub.
The pool area is very private, and has a large deck making it perfect for entertainment and sunset barbeques. There is a large charcoal BBQ, table and chairs and sun loungers overlooking the unobstructed open views. From here a spiral staircase takes you the basement level. Gym equipment, a pool and soccer table are available for more entertainment.
On the first floor one finds three bedrooms. One is a large double with en-suite, the other is a triple room with en-suite also, and the third is a small double room without en-suite facilities. On the second floor there is another double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and another triple room with en-suite facilities.
