Summary: Pros: The area was perfect, secluded yet not too far from Gatlinburg. The Mill was the perfect size for two people with plenty of space. The bathroom was big enough for two people to occupy at the same time. Bedroom was huge with seating and plenty of storage. Kitchen was well stocked with almost everything you'd need for cooking. Decks were spacious and quite soothing with the steam running underneath you. Cons: You have to love the smell of a fire if your going to stay there because the fireplace smell was overwhelming inside. The shower is very spacious but a handheld shower head would have been better for woman. The bed was very firm if that's what you like.The hot tub jets were rusty and did not function so we opted not to use it. When we arrived, the ac wasn't working properly. Notified owners and they offered to send out handyman. We declined because it was cool enough outside to open the doors and sleep comfortably. Two days later temps rose and ac unit completely failed. Handyman came out, said it was not an easy fix and stated the owner would contact us shortly and probably find us another place to stay. So we spent the afternoon packing up. Owner contacted us 3 hours later stating that someone would be there in an hour to set up portable ac. Temps upstairs never got below 71 so pretty uncomfortable for sleeping. Owner apologized and gave us a 50 refund, it should have been atleast a full nights refund. We will not be using them anymore. them again. Loved the
