Enjoy viewing and boating the calm waters of the Island's North side. This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 full bath home accommodates up to 12 people. The home overlooks Potagannissing Bay and includes a boat well for your fishing or pleasure craft.
The home has a large kitchen and living room area for gathering. Take your coffee out to the spacious deck in the mornings and, in the evenings, relax around the outdoor fire pit and watch spectacular sunsets and occasionally Northern Lights!
The main floor owner's suite has a King bed and it's own full bath with stand-up shower. The second bedroom on the main floor has a Queen bed and easy access to a full bath with shower and a full laundry room. The upstairs loft has four Queen beds, a full bath with tub/shower and a great view of the lake!
If you are coming to Drummond Island to ride the trails, you will need to trailer to the trailhead from this home. Side x Sides and ATVs are not permitted on M134/Channel Rd.
NOTE: The garage is not included. There is a limit of 2 vehicles in the driveway (trailers count as a vehicle). Additional vehicles and/or trailers can be parked at Northern Properties with permission. The Drummond Island Tourism Association at the four corners also allows overnight parking.
