Our story begins with my grandfather, a renowned architect and an expert in cultivating plants, he set out with a vision to build an ideal holiday home for his family. By blending the charm of a Northern Thai house with the cosiness of a European Cottage, he created a true local architectural heritage. The result embodied a new harmony we proudly called "a Northern Thai cottage," fashioned from teak wood, pine wood, and terracotta brick.
The space
Located in the peaceful Mae Jo area of Chiangmai, just a 25-minute drive from the city centre, this accommodation offers a private entrance leading to an open-air basement seating area with a beautiful view of rice fields and Doi Suthep mountain. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle, tableware, fridge, and freezer. The spacious 40sqm 1-bedroom accommodation can comfortably host 4 to 5 guests, offering extra space. The bedroom includes a 40-inch TV, high-speed Wi-Fi (up to 500mbps), towels, comfortable clothes, an aroma diffuser, an air conditioner, and an air purifier. The ensuite bathroom features a normal/rain shower, toilet, sink, shampoo, body soap, and a hairdryer. Guests can also enjoy a private garden to relax in the fresh air.

Guests can conveniently order food online using applications such as Grab and 7-Eleven. Our local stay is situated next to Mea Rim (5-10 mins away), where many attractions are located, and it's around 20 minutes from the famous Mon-Jaem, known for its beautiful scenic views. Our property is perfect for guests who need a peaceful working environment with fast wifi, offering a little escape from the city without being too far, and serving as a resting place for those travelling to the northern part of the country, such as Chiang Rai, Pai, or Mae Hong Son, but prefer not to stay in the city centre. We can also arrange transportation for travelling to other northern cities and around Chiangmai by car.
