Our beautiful and modern villa sits in the best location in the Dorado Beach Ritz Carlton Reserve. Our brand new golf cart is included with the rental. Our completely renovated villa is located inside the prestigious Dorado Beach Ritz Carlton Reserve property on the West golf course, the best location inside the Ritz property. Our location can't be beat!!! Walking distance to the beach and right at the center of things, a short golf cart ride to Plantation, there is no better place to be.
Fairways enjoys its own private, newly finished tennis court, swimming pool, and hot tub steps from the villa, and a resort golf cart, ready to take you anywhere you want to go in the property. Inside, the villa offers over 3,000 square feet of a spacious open floor plan with 18 foot plus ceilings that give it an air of sophistication and openness, with clean and casual elegant décor.
With a sprawling terrace that spans the width of the villa, the gorgeous views can be enjoyed while having breakfast or drinks before dinner. The living area, kitchen with breakfast bar and master bedroom all open up with sliders to the terrace, which has two separate sitting areas, and a beautiful table perfect for dining al-fresco on the breezy terrace. The terrace also includes a large BBQ, making it possible to enjoy grilling and dining in the villa.
The villa enjoys a substantial master bedroom, tastefully decorated with spa master bath retreat, and 2 additional spacious en-suite bedrooms, a total of 3 Bedrooms and 3 en-suite Bathrooms. The kitchen is open to the living area, which features a beautiful white leather sectional, dark wood sleek and modern furniture, a dining table that sits 12, a bonus piano, and a large LCD flat screen Smart T.V.
Inside, the master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a king size bed and a twin size day bed with twin size trundle, allowing for 4 people to sleep comfortably in the bedroom. The third bedroom consists of 2 twin size beds with twin size trundles, and plenty of extra space for children to sleep in. Our villa is ideal for 1, 2 or 3 families, depending on the group traveling.
The villa comes fully equipped with a gourmet state of the art kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and sleek granite counter tops, all cooking supplies, dishes, utensils that you could ever need. It has a full laundry right next to the kitchen for ease and convenience of use.
Puerto Rico is such an easy place to visit and enjoy... it's a U.S. territory, with no passport, no customs and no currency exchange required. You enjoy the convenience of the U.S. and the luxury of a legendary Caribbean Resort.

• Golf is also available at nonmember rates of $145 for Sugarcane and Pineapple Courses, and $250 at the PGA East Course.
Our Legacy Membership to the club allows for the purchase of a 1-2 week membership, for up to 8 people, $350/person, children 6 and under don’t pay. We can discuss details if you wish to pursue this. We provide you with the form to fill out once you book with us, and the rest is easy... the Dorado Beach Members office will prepare your ID cards and we can have everything ready for you upon your arrival.
Dorado Beach Resort Club memberhsip includes:
• The Watermill River Park at Plantation (Open Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays, schedules may vary— during high season like winter break and spring break it’s open all week!)
