Quietly tucked away from the crowds and yet so close to parks, shops and the famed clifftop walk, this may well be the best location in this coastal hamlet. Take an effortless stroll up to the lookout for daily surf checks, with views that span from the breaking waves of Jan Juc and Bird Rock, to Port Phillip Heads and the distant silhouette of Cape Schanck. Watch the surf and passing ships, or grab your surfboard and experience waves from Bells Beach to Torquay Point.
From this central location you will feel an intrinsic connection to the environment. Grab a coffee at Swell Café in the village (600m), and take in picturesque views as you walk to Jan Juc main beach and the Surf Life Saving Club.
Designed to maximise its aspect, the raked ceiling over the deck embraces the scenic rural outlook to the north. Direct access to an enclosed outdoor space with mini skate ramp gives the kids heaps of room to play outside.
Entertainers will appreciate the well-stocked kitchen, with quality appliances that make meal preparation a delight. Features include a Saeco coffee machine, new dishwasher, 5 burner gas stove, electric oven, walk-in pantry, large fridge/freezer, and a sliding window servery to the deck and BBQ. Distinctive cabinetry and a brekky bar make it ideal for informal meals, while the whole crew can eat at the designer concrete dining table.
Three bedrooms are beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and bath towels. The master bedroom with Queen bed has a ceiling fan, private walk-in robe and ensuite. Our beach house is within easy walking distance to Jan Juc beach, parks and Village shops (600m).
Take a walk all the way through the Creek Reserve and you will arrive at Hoylake Ave – you’re nearly at the beach! Or stroll up to join the Surf Coast Walk to Bird Rock Lookout to get your own personal surf report. Coffee, brunch or dinner in the village is within walking distance too, as is the Surf Life Saving Club and the RACV. Holiday in a community-minded neighbourhood in one of the hottest spots on the coast and effortlessly embrace beach life.
