The former office is located in the vicinity of Munich's main train station. On the 3rd floor located and on 120m² the converted and renovated 3-bedrroom apartment offers space for up to 14 people. The spacious living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed. A Smart TV with Zatoo Live TV function and a large dining table are also part of the furnishings. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker and kettle. Two of the total 3 bedrooms are equipped with two 160x200 double beds. The third bedroom has a 160x200 double bed. The renovated bathroom has shower/WC. In addition, there is also a guest toilet.
